Steel Frame VS Ballon Frame

For the construction of the houses we use the industrialized construction system called Steel Frame. It is an evolution of the American Ballon Frame system that uses a wooden structure for many years. We use these two materials as a light and open construction system that allows any type of interior and exterior finish. The Steel Frame uses inert and noble materials such as galvanized steel. For the Ballon Frame we use laminated wood and Pine wood slats autoclaved.

A Energy efficiency

We anticipated the European directive 2013/31 / EU, which required from 2020 that all new buildings be of almost zero energy consumption. We offer you the possibility of making yourself a passive house, with high energy efficiency and almost zero energy consumption. However, you can always customize your finishes according to your tastes and demands.

Sustainable construction

Using wood as a building construction material, we offer a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative. Wood is a natural, recyclable, insulating, biodegradable product that requires minimal energy transformation costs, considerably reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

Efficient construction

Its manufacturing process is pre-industrialized, being carried out in a single place, optimizing the resources that are usually used in construction and allowing continuous and rigorous quality controls, improving safety conditions at work and reducing the time used for construction.

Passive Construction

You will be able to choose in our Modules catalogue the iHouse model that best suits your needs. All of them are customizable ... and if you can't find it, our architects will be in charge of designing the house you dream of.

Licenses and permissions

We will take care of managing on your behalf all the licenses and all the necessary permits for the construction of your house. Projects and construction management are included in the final price of the house. All the technical documents necessary for the execution of your iHouse are backed by the extensive experience in residential construction of our technicians.

Constructive process

Once the works contract is signed, in which the qualities chosen by the client and the execution deadlines are rigorously specified, the construction process of your iHouse model will begin in the workshop, while the foundation is executed on the site, connections and connections to urban facilities.

Assembly and delivery of work
